  • System-Wide Failures: Major system downtimes impacting essential client applications and managed services.

Non-Emergency Issues

  • Routine Technical Support: Password resets, printer malfunctions, or individual software issues.
  • Third-Party Vendor Issues: Issues with non-managed vendors or services outside direct MSP coverage.
  • Non-Managed Clients: Inquiries or requests from individuals or entities not covered under a managed service agreement.
