Your Business Solutions is ready to fill a Tier 2 Help Desk Technician position who can work well under pressure and possesses strong attention to detail. The Technician will troubleshoot, determine the source of the issue, then implement appropriate solutions. The candidate will provide Help Desk support on desktops, servers, networks, printers, office phones, cell phones, web hosting and more for remote users across the United States. Candidate should have an in-depth technical understanding of various hardware, software and networking systems. Experience utilizing a ticketing system (Connectwise) is a plus. Other tools like CW ScreenConnect(Control) and Labtech(Automate) will be used as well.

This is a strictly phone/remote support position.

Additional task may include:

  • Administration knowledge of Active Directory
  • Setting up new employees
  • Creating Email Accounts
  • Staging/Re-Staging Computers
  • Documenting support processes
  • Virus management; prevention, detection and removal
  • Troubleshooting current Microsoft operating systems, Servers and Workstations; Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
